and Conditions
When making a reservation with Quinta D’Anta – Rural Hotel, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the following points and with any additional terms and conditions, including Cancellation and Privacy Policies, that may apply to your visit or to your stay due to the use of the accommodation, services provided and products offered (available in the accommodation, online platforms or provided at your request).
Check-in: 15:00 – 24:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Late Check-in (after 24:00) and Late Check-out: €20,00 per room
Children, extra beds and breakfast:
• Children of all ages are admitted;
• Children until 3 years old: if accommodated on a baby cot, free of charge; if accommodated in an extra bed, subject to an additional fee; breakfast free of charge;
• Children aged 3 years and over and adults: extra bed/baby cot subject to additional fees; breakfast costs €12.50 per night and per person;
• Baby cot or extra bed: on request and subject to availability;
• Maximum capacity of extra bed/baby cot per room: 1.
Pets: not allowed.
Smoking Policy: all rooms and public indoor spaces are non-smoking.
Taxes and service charges:
• 6% VAT is included;
• Municipal Tourism Tax (per person, per night | guests aged 16 or over): €1,50 October to March | €2,00 April to September;
• Service charge: not applicable.
Booking Conditions
Prepayment in “Book Now & Pay Later” mode: no prepayment required.
Website reservations are subject to a guarantee through the credit card data transfer (Name, Number, Type, Expiration, CCV), therefore, Quinta D’Anta – Hotel Rural reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Late payment, incorrect bank data, invalid card data, or insufficient balance are your responsibility and for that reason can lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
There will not be entitled to claim any refund of non-refundable prepayments, unless there is an express agreement between the parties.
In case of late arrival, delay on the date of check-in or arrival on the day after, please be sure to inform Quinta D’Anta – Hotel Rural in good time, so that the day and time of arrival are known, avoiding the booking cancellation or the collection of no-show fee.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, you must sent a written notice mentioning the reservation number. Please note that the Quinta D’Anta – Hotel Rural may charge you for cancellation, prepayment and no-show, according to the conditions in force in the accommodation or type of bedroom; or who may not be entitled to any refund of prepaid amounts. We recommend that you read carefully the conditions of cancellation, prepayment and non-attendance of the accommodation before making your reservation.
Please be aware that prepayment, cancellation and no-show conditions may vary according to the type of bedroom. Certain rates or special offers may not allow cancellation or change and / or require prepayment by bank transfer (if available) or credit card (this way, as long as expressed in the booking conditions of the bedroom, product or service, your card may be pre-authorized or charged, sometimes without a refund option, at the time of reservation). Please check carefully the description and booking conditions of the bedroom, product or service (for example, regarding to age, security deposit, cancellation, additional costs for group bookings, extra beds, breakfast, accepted cards, etc. ) to be aware of all applicable conditions before confirming your reservation.
