Cancellation and no-show in “Book Now & Pay Later” mode:

a) cancellations with more than 15 days of occurrence relative to the date of check-in: no fee will be charged;

b) cancellations with less than 15 days of occurrence regarding the date of check-in or no-show: you will be charged 50% of the total amount. The cancellation notice must be sent in writing and mention the reservation reference number.

Notwithstanding the above, please be aware that cancellation and no-show conditions may vary according to the type of bedroom, booking channel or season; as well as that the hotel reserves the right to establish specific cancellation and no-show terms and conditions for each reservation, as long as they are directly agreed with the client.
